Veterans are welcome to learn a skill that is both rewarding and good for the environment. We will teach local Veterans the basics of beekeeping from our master beekeeper. We will start classroom work in December and build to hands on learning throughout 2026. If interested request a seat.

About the event
Veterans are welcome to learn a skill that is both rewarding and good for the environment. We will have a master beekeeper and a few of our previous Veteran beekeepers teach local Veterans the basics of beekeeping through hands on training with live bees / hives throughout the 2026 Spring / Summer season. We typically meet every other Sunday from 10-12 p.m. at the Livingston County EMS Facility in Mt. Morris, NY. We are planning to start in December with classroom learning / preparation for 2026 season. Space is limited. Interested Veterans must request a seat by clicking on the RSVP link above.
